ABC's challenge found at http://abc-challenge.blogspot.com/ this week is Q is for quilted so I thought Iris folding is like quilting as you use bits and pieces to complete your card. I used the pattern for Iris folding at http://www.irisfolding.circleofcrafters.com/. I added a happy birthday sentiment from CTMH.
