The Next level found at http://thenextlevelchallenge.blogspot.com/ has a challenge to make a ribbon border and it is very easy to do and it looks rather cute with the image framed in, I love it! I used a fluffles and the sentiment is CC Designs. Coloured the image in with copics and added stickles to the circles on the gift.Check out this new site, I know I will cause I love a new challenge.
