I used Gingerbread girl for this sketch and

I coloured her in with copics and added stickles to the white parts of her hat to add alittle sparkle. Sentiment is also from Digital Delights by Louby Loo and I really find I have used this one many times, I love that I can resize to fit on different sketches.

This card is also for Whimsy's Christmas challenge and Papertake's Christmas Crackers challenge too

Something Altered at Humble Pie and Sale

Happy Friday everyone, This week at Humble Pie our challenge is something altered, check out the HP site for some great ideas that the bakers cooked up for you.
I decided to alter a cookie tin. I used all Humble Pie images from The Town Scrapper in Petrolia, Ontario and coloured them in with copics and I also used the circle scalloped nestie too.

By the way The Town Scrapper is having an awesome sale, Buy 1 item and get 2nd of equal or lesser value for 50% off. Sale is on until the middle of January 2010. So if you live near Petrolia Ontario head on over and take advantage of this great deal.

Fall Daze

wow, week 19 at Midnight Madness already so here is there sketch. I went with a fall/Autumn theme which is perfect cause the leaves are starting to fall here and all the pretty fall colours are becoming present. I think alot of other people are starting to feel that too cause I can use this card at Whimsy, spoonfull, Digital Tuesday, My Grafico and OCC.

All the challenges are fall themed.

I used this Digital Delights scarecrow, copics to colour it in and sentiment is from Inque Boutique

Birthday Raccoon

Here is Linda's sketch at Christmas and Birthday cards for challenge 42. I am also using this card for Cute Daisy May's Blue and green challenge and ABC's B is for Buttons. Bee Craftys Just bit More challenge where I used alot of buttons and stars and lastly Whimsys Touch of sparkle challenge.

I used this Digital Delights image and coloured it with copics and added a sparkle pen to the stars. Happy Birthday and Swiss dots embossing folders were used, treading water border punch was also used

Whimsy's Fun Folds

Here is my fun fold for Whimsy's challenge this week at http://whimsystamps.blogspot.com/ . I used a CTMH's Frosty Friends set. Merry Christmas is from CTMH and was heat embossed with silver. On the other side the sentiment is wishing you a warm nose and toasty toes.

Christmas in July

I used my daughter's Whimsy seal that she won over at Crafty Monkeys and used copics to colour it in I added a Christmas hat from Pinkcat studio lily set and sentiment is from CTMH. Swiss Dots embossing folder was used on the dark blue circle too

today is such a hot humid day in southwestern Ontario so to cool off I stopped and made a winter card for Whimsey challenge #7- A recipe (2 patterned paper, 1 ribbon and 3 embellishments) find the details at http://whimsystamps.blogspot.com/. Also, this card worked for ABC's challenge at http://abc-challenge.blogspot.com/ T is for Two Tone where I used two tones of blue in my card. Copics were used, the seal and the sentiment "All we need is snow" is from Whimsy

Summertime

Today I completed this card with a Magnolia print that my blogger friend Jacilynn sent me. I was a little nervous to colour her in cause she was the only one but I think she turned out really good. This is for a summer whimsy challenge at http://whimsystamps.blogspot.com/ and I used the sketch Saturday layout http://sketchsaturday.blogspot.com/. large scalloped rectangles and reg scalloped rectangles were used also, the sentiment is from CC Designs.

Bright colours and of course watermelons remind me of summer.
