Using the sketch below I created a card with Balloon Rosie From Digital Delights. Which is currently 30% off along with all the other Valentine Digital Delights images.
I coloured her in with copics and added pink stickles to the balloon. Oval scalloped nesties and Swiss dots embossing folder was also used.
