Isn't Devil Rider Bill adorable, Be sure to pick him up at Digital Delights this week so you can create a fun Halloween card with it. I coloured my guy with copics and added onyx glitter to the top collar of his cape, used my favorite spiderweb embossing folder and sentiment is from the Paper Studio.This card will be entered in Simon Says Halloween challenge this week too
