Happy Sunday!! For Amy's Friday's challenge I used, My Favorite things tea for two stamp set I coloured it with copics and used white fun flock for the bunny tail. Swiss dots cuttlebug and nestabilities scalloped oval were also used on this project.
I came across a wonderful challenge/blog candy today and thought it was a great idea. Jen Tapler is asking you to make a card and send it to her, she in turn will put together all the cards she received and sell them and all the profits will go to Alzheimer's see the details at JenTapler Designs.
So here is my card I made and will be sending to her.
Hello everyone, hope you had a great weekend. I thought I would do another challenge so I completed Taylor's you can find the details at Taylored Expressions I used Lily and tweet and I coloured them in with copics and I added some grass. All the paper is from Close to my Heart and the flowers too I just dabbed ink on them to go with the colours. I used an embossing folder to add flowered texture to the card. Hope you like, let me know Lisa
Happy Friday Everyone. Today I completed Friday's challenge by using Pink Cat Studios Q.T.Hooty stamp set and I coloured them in with copics and sanded the purple cardstock. Find out the details of this challenge at, Prairie Paper & Ink: Friday Sketch! #54
Okay so Amy Rysary from http://prairiepaperandink.typepad.com/ is having a challenge and I thought I would try it out. This is the first ever challenge I have entered and I did have alot of fun. I used the stamp set Flutter from CTMH and I used the tissue inking technique. This is when you use a light colour first then you use facial tissue and blot darker colours with the crinkled tissue onto your stamp. Then stamp it onto the paper. You never get the same print twice.
Hello everyone. Seeing that Easter is coming soon I thought that would be the next card I would make
I have to tell you about this paper I used with my cuttlebug called white wash colourcore from core'dinations. It has a dark side and a light side so depending on what side you use the other colour pops out when you sand it down abit. The two pictures show you when you use the same paper, On the card the swiss dots are a light pink and on the other they are dark pink, pretty cool!
Day 3 of my blogging life and I received my first comment. How exciting! really it is. I can't believe how happy I was to see that. Anyway, to celebrate I made a card with the Changito's Love Balloon stamp colouring them in with copics.
I have 3 colours I find blend in really nicely they are E31, E33 and E37 copic sketch. I use those colours for all my monkeys.
